These terms apply to this website and to work engaged with DEN-X Production.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for information about our services. Case studies describe work delivered for named clients and are published with the relevant permissions. Where footage, images or other materials are supplied by the client, DEN-X Production's role is stated clearly.
Performance figures
Any campaign figures shown are taken from selected campaigns visible in the relevant client's ad account. They describe specific campaigns, are not independently audited, and are not a promise of the same outcome for another business.
Engagements
Every project is governed by a separate written scope covering deliverables, timelines, revisions and fees. Where a scope conflicts with this page, the signed scope applies.
Payments
Projects generally begin after an agreed advance. Retainer services are billed on the cycle set out in the scope. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid.
Intellectual property
Ownership, usage rights and source-file delivery for final approved deliverables are defined in the written quotation or project agreement. Third-party music, fonts, stock assets, software, themes, plugins and platform components remain subject to their original licences and terms. Client work may be displayed in the DEN-X Production portfolio only where portfolio usage is included in the agreed project scope or separately approved by the client.
Working files
Raw footage, editable project files, design-source files, source code and other working files are included only where specifically stated in the written project scope. Payment for final deliverables does not automatically include raw footage, editable files, development source files or third-party licences unless the written agreement states otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, for platform and account access needed to run campaigns, and for timely feedback and approvals.
Liability
We are not liable for platform decisions outside our control, including ad account restrictions, policy rejections or changes made by Meta, Google, Shopify or other providers.
